Product Description

The production process of dishwashing liquid is as follows:

Raw Material Preparation

 

• Collect Raw Materials: Gather surfactants like sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, alkyl polyglucoside, and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether. Also, obtain builders such as sodium tripolyphosphate, zeolite, and sodium carbonate. Other necessary ingredients include preservatives (e.g., potassium sorbate), fragrances, colorants, and purified water. Ensure that all raw materials comply with relevant quality standards.

Mixing

 

• Prepare the Mixing Tank: Clean and sterilize the mixing tank to ensure there is no contamination. Add a specific amount of purified water to the tank and start the stirring device.
• Add Surfactants: Slowly pour the surfactants into the mixing tank while stirring continuously. This is to ensure even dispersion and prevent the formation of lumps.
• Add Builders and Other Additives: After the surfactants are well - mixed, add the builders, preservatives, fragrances, and colorants in sequence. Stir thoroughly after each addition to ensure complete mixing of all ingredients.

Heating and Homogenization (if necessary)

 

• Heat the Mixture: If the formula requires it, heat the mixture to a certain temperature, usually between 60°C and 80°C. This helps to enhance the dissolution and reaction of the ingredients, improving the overall quality and stability of the dishwashing liquid.
• Homogenize the Mixture: Use a homogenizer to process the heated mixture. This step makes the product more stable by ensuring a uniform distribution of ingredients at a microscopic level, resulting in a more consistent texture and performance.

Cooling

 

• Cool to Room Temperature: After the heating and homogenization process, the mixture needs to be cooled. This can be achieved through a cooling system or natural cooling. During the cooling process, gentle stirring should be maintained to prevent ingredient separation.

Quality Inspection

 

• Sample Collection: Take representative samples from the prepared dishwashing liquid.
• Inspect Various Indicators: Check the appearance, including color, clarity, and viscosity. Measure the pH value to ensure it is within the appropriate range. Also, test the foaming ability, detergency, and microbial content to ensure the product meets relevant standards and quality requirements.

Packaging

 

• Prepare Packaging Containers: Clean and sterilize the packaging bottles or containers to ensure they are free from contaminants.
• Fill the Containers: Use filling equipment to accurately fill the qualified dishwashing liquid into the packaging containers. Seal the containers tightly to prevent leakage and ensure product integrity.
• Labeling: Affix labels to the packaging, indicating product information such as the name of the dishwashing liquid, ingredients, usage instructions, production date, and expiration date.

Storage and Distribution

 

• Proper Storage: Store the packaged dishwashing liquid in a dry, well - ventilated, and cool place. Avoid direct sunlight and high - temperature environments to prevent product deterioration.
• Distribution: Based on market demand, distribute the products to various sales channels, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, and online platforms, for consumers to purchase.
