Structural Composition

 

• Tank Body: Usually made of 316L stainless steel, it has excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic properties. The shape of the tank body is vertical cylindrical, with different volume specifications. Common ones range from 100L to 10000L, etc.
• Mixing Device: It includes a mixing shaft and mixing blades. The mixing shaft is generally driven by a motor, which drives the mixing blades to rotate to achieve the mixing of materials. There are various forms of mixing blades, such as paddle - type and anchor - type. Different blade forms are suitable for different material characteristics and mixing requirements.
• Transmission System: Mainly composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a coupling, etc., it transmits the power of the motor to the mixing shaft, enabling the mixing shaft to rotate at an appropriate speed. The speed of the mixing shaft can be adjusted through the speed reducer to meet the requirements of different production processes.
• Heating/Cooling System: According to production needs, some mixing tanks are equipped with electric heating or steam heating devices to raise the temperature of the materials, accelerating the dissolution, reaction, or mixing speed of the materials. At the same time, a cooling system may also be installed, such as jacket cooling or coil cooling, to control the material temperature and prevent excessive temperature from affecting the product quality.
• Sealing System: To prevent material leakage and the entry of external impurities into the tank, the mixing tank is equipped with a sealing device. Commonly, there are two types: mechanical seal and packing seal. The mechanical seal has advantages such as good sealing performance and long service life, and is widely used in mixing tanks for laundry detergent production with high sealing requirements.
