Shell-breaking principle: Generally, mechanical devices are used to simulate artificial egg cracking actions. For example, through a mechanical arm or egg cracking head with a certain force and angle, the eggshell is precisely cracked at a specific position such as the middle or top to reduce the loss of egg liquid and the chance of eggshell fragments mixing into the egg liquid.
Cleaning principle: Generally, a multi-stage cleaning system is adopted, including spray cleaning and immersion cleaning. Spray cleaning uses high-pressure nozzles to spray clean water on the surface of eggs to remove surface impurities; immersion cleaning places eggs in a cleaning tank, and through the agitation of water flow and the chemical action of cleaning solution, further removes tiny impurities and residual eggshell fragments on eggs.
Structural composition
Feeding device: Generally composed of conveyor belts, hoppers, etc., it can transport eggs neatly and orderly to the shell-breaking and cleaning links. Some also have an automatic counting function for convenient statistics of the number of eggs.
Shell-breaking device: It is the core component, mainly composed of egg cracking heads, drive motors, transmission devices, etc. Through the motor driving the transmission device, the egg cracking head performs shell-breaking operations on eggs according to the set actions and forces.
Cleaning device: It includes cleaning tanks, high-pressure nozzles, circulating water pumps, filtering devices, etc. The cleaning tank is used to hold cleaning solution and soak eggs. The high-pressure nozzles are installed above or on the side of the cleaning tank. The circulating water pump is responsible for pressurizing and transporting the cleaning solution to the nozzles for spray cleaning. The filtering device can filter impurities in the cleaning solution to ensure the cleaning effect.
Sterilization device: The common one is a pasteurization device, which is composed of a heating system, a temperature control system, a conveying device, etc. It can heat the egg liquid to a certain temperature and maintain it for a certain time to kill pathogenic microorganisms in it.
Grading device: Generally composed of optical detection equipment, density detection equipment and automatic diversion devices. The optical detection equipment can detect impurities and color differences in the egg liquid. The density detection equipment can judge the composition differences of the egg liquid, and then the egg liquid is diverted into different grade channels through the automatic diversion device.
